However, as patients become busier and safety concerns surrounding the pandemic linger, we’re also proud to offer a membership package specifically geared toward Virtual Medicine in order to serve you safely and remotely.

Virtual Medicine allows for better long-term care management and patient satisfaction, and offers you the ability to talk remotely with an expert physician anytime, anywhere. As part of your membership package, you’ll have access to unlimited calling, texting and video chatting with your physician, allowing you to reach your trusted provider on your schedule and at your comfort level.

Will I receive the same one-on-one attention during my virtual healthcare visits?

Yes! Your appointments with your trusted physician will proceed exactly as you’re accustomed to, with all the same benefits and the same level of one-on-one care. The only difference is that there’s a screen between you!

Can I opt for both telehealth and in-person care?

Yes! Many of our patients enjoy a combined program that offers in-person and virtual visits with their physician.

Can I use insurance to pay for virtual care from Connected Health?

Connected Health does not participate with any insurance company. The membership fee is not covered by insurance. Individuals who want to be part of a smaller, more personalized service pay this fee directly out of pocket. While we understand this is a different model than many patients are used to, data shows that comprehensive primary care actually saves patients money over the long term.
