Virginia is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Life Coach, practicing in the Greater Pittsburgh area for fifteen years. She received her Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling from Geneva College and pursued her passion to advocate for emotional wellness in her role as associate director for a nonprofit counseling agency with the mission of ensuring exceptional mental health access.
In her practice, Virginia has adopted an integrative approach to psychotherapy; incorporating client-centered therapy with a holistic emphasis on a positive gut/brain connection. In order to support and provide accessible wellness products to her clients, Virginia founded and franchised a wellness bar with multiple locations.
During her years of providing psychotherapy and integrative-wellness workshops, Virginia developed a 7-step model to help clients achieve the goal of “self-harmonization and becoming your best self”. Her book and supporting material to support people as they navigate their emotional wellness journey will be available in the spring of 2023.
